Terms of Use & Session Requests

1. About these terms

The service is provided under the Ephesus Photo name from Selçuk, İzmir, Türkiye. Contact: ephesusphotoservice@gmail.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a request or use a private gallery.

2. Reservation requests and confirmation

The booking flow creates a reservation request. Availability, photographer assignment, timing, scope and price remain subject to written confirmation. A contract for a paid session is formed only when the applicable offer and payment terms are communicated and accepted through the stated process.

Prices displayed on the site are in euros unless stated otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees. Site admission, travel, permits, styling and other third-party costs are not included unless expressly listed.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, participant and scheduling information.
• Tell us about accessibility, safety or location constraints that may affect the session.
• Arrive on time and comply with lawful site, museum, ticket and safety rules.
• Ensure the booking adult has authority for participating minors and any group instructions.
• Do not share gallery credentials publicly or attempt to bypass watermarks, access controls or download restrictions.

4. Location and session conditions

Photography at archaeological and public locations depends on opening hours, admission rules, crowds, weather, safety and instructions from the competent authorities. We may propose a reasonable time, route or location change when needed. Ephesus Photo is not the operator of the archaeological site and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to a specific monument or viewpoint.

5. Galleries, previews and delivered files

Watermarked or lower-resolution gallery images are previews, not final deliverables. Download rights are created only for an eligible paid order or an authorised complimentary gallery. The Digital Delivery & Photo Licence forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Copyright and all rights not expressly granted remain with the photographer or Ephesus Photo, as applicable. You may not resell, license, enter into competitions, use commercially, materially alter, remove credits or watermarks from, or use images to train automated systems unless a separate written licence allows it.

7. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that rule, Ephesus Photo is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unauthorised credential sharing, third-party services, site closures or events outside reasonable control.

8. Cancellation, privacy and governing law

The Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Notice form part of these terms. Turkish law applies, but this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country of residence. Disputes should first be raised by email so a practical resolution can be attempted.
